Since 1996, the Maricopa Advanced Technology Education Center (MATEC) has been the key resource for providing college faculty with industry-relevant resources and training.  MATEC's package of annual services can be gifted by you to a school in your local area.  Resources include:

  • 50 curriculum modules that cover everything from RF and Vacuum to Factory Dynamics and Problem Solving
  • Hands-on workshops for faculty in a variety of subjects including Highly Automated Manufacturing, PC Architecture, and Semiconductor Equipment
  • Annual convention bringing together technical and teaching experts in the fields of Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, Highly Automated Manufacturing, and Electronics
  • Instructional games, animations, and simulations
  • Customized specialty workshops in instructional design and multimedia development
  • A network of over 140 colleges from the U.S. and abroad

With a $5,000 sponsorship, your selected partner community/technical college will receive bundled materials and services worth over $7,000.
