NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS
This year, the registration process has been changed because of increased security requirements and improvements in the processing of certain types of payments. This page contains the instructions and details for registering. After you have thoroughly reviewed this page, please click on the link at the bottom of the page to proceed to our registration system. Please note that by registering for the conference you indicate your agreement with the policies and procedures covered on this page. The registration system will open in a new window so you can refer back to this instruction page if needed.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
There are three primary methods for registering and paying for the conference. They are online via a credit card, a purchase order, or a check. Please see payment information below for specific instructions regarding each method of payment.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Credit Card: Click the "Continue to Registration System" link below and complete the online registration form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Purchase Order: Click the “Continue to Registration System” link below. Complete the registration form, include the purchase order number, and submit the form online. Your purchase order can be faxed or mailed. Mail your purchase order to: SAME-TEC 2008, c/o MATEC, 4110 E. Wood Street, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85040. Fax a copy of your purchase order to: (480) 731-8332.

Check: Click the “Continue to Registration System” link below. Complete the registration form, include your check number, and submit the form online. Mail your check, made payable to MATEC, to SAME-TEC 2008, c/o MATEC, 4110 E. Wood Street, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85040. All mailed registrations must be postmarked by the deadline date to be eligible for the applicable rate.

Use of Registration Codes: If you have a registration code that will result in a zero balance due, please complete the registration form as though you were paying by check. Enter any four digit number in the "Check#" field on the payment screen.

Registering for Someone Else: If you are submitting a registration for someone else in your organization using a credit card, please enter the cardholder information in the "Bill To" portion of the form and enter the information for the person attending the conference in the "Ship To" portion of the form.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to matec@matec.org or mail your written cancellation to: SAME-TEC 2008, c/o MATEC, 4110 E. Wood Street, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85040. Written cancellations received by July 17, 2008 are refundable at 80 percent of the registration cost. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 17, 2008 or for no-shows. Registrations are transferable with approval. Contact MATEC by phone at (480) 731-8050 or by email at matec@matec.org to complete a registration transfer.

PROGRAM CHANGES
The Maricopa Advanced Technology Education Center (MATEC) and its partners produce SAME-TEC 2008. MATEC reserves the right to make changes to the program's speakers, schedule, or events if enrollment criteria are not met, or as otherwise necessary. Workshops are filled as valid registrations are submitted, so please register early.

Registrants agree to appear in photographs taken at the SAME-TEC 2008 event. Registrants understand that these photos may be used for publicity or general information purposes and may be seen by the general public.
